Home Owner Associations
The valley is growing and so is the need for good home owner association management. We offer administrative, financial, and maintenance management for your HOA. Our goal is to provide balance between Boards and their communities allowing you to have the best experience possible.
Online Payments
Pay your HOA dues online!
Select HOA/COA's that pay through Zego:
For some of our HOA payments we offer an online payment option through Paylease (a 3rd party company). To set up your account, fill in your information and from the drop down menu choose your HOA name. Don't forget to include your unit address!
*Service charges to apply. $2.95 per ACH transaction or 3.75% per credit card transaction.
These HOA/COA's can pay their dues through Paylease/Zego:

HOA/COA Owner Portals-Appfolio

Most of our HOA/COA's have been transferred to Appfolio. Through this program owners can pay their dues online and check their account activity. There is a $2.95 fee for ACH payments. There is a 3% charge for using a credit card.

Pay your Rent online!
If you are paying rent please click and log into the Resident Portal to pay. There is a $2.95 fee for ACH using a checking or savings account. There is a 3% charge for credit card transactions.

Hello! I've called Gallatin Valley my home for over 20 years and am a Montana State Alumni (Go Bobcats!). Property management and rentals are my passion and have the knowledge and expertise of the rental market. I love helping people find homes that they are happy with. I have a wonderful husband and a little boy. In my free time you will find me fishing the rivers around town or skiing in Big Sky.

I have been in the property management business in Gallatin County for over 20 years. I am an MSU alumni and have lived in Bozeman for 27 years. I have 3 great kids, a wonderful husband, and 4 fur babies. I love Bobcat athletics, sports, camping, hunting, outdoors, friend time, reading, and catching a good movie. I am so excited to be on this journey with Sarah as owners of Legacy Properties! I look forward to helping our community be a better place one rental and HOA at a time!

My name is Haylee Bruce and I am the Office Manager and Senior Property Manager here at Legacy. I have been working in property management for many years and fell in love with the hustle and bustle. At Legacy, I work in both the rental and HOA departments, caring for our clients and properties. I enjoy leading our team and supporting the office in any way I can. Outside of work, you can find me exploring Montana, reading a good book and spending time with the people I love. As I continue to expand my knowledge of the industry, I hope to bring exceptional service and expertise to our clients. Go Bobcats!

Hi! I'm Makenzy, originally from South Carolina and now proud to call Bozeman home. I was initially drawn to Bozeman for its natural beauty and love of the outdoors, but I quickly fell in love with the welcoming community and the incredible people I’ve met here. As the Maintenance Coordinator at Legacy, I take pride in providing thoughtful, efficient solutions for both our clients and residents. I value strong relationships and clear communication, and I work closely with our trusted vendors to ensure every home receives the highest level of care and attention. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring- whether it's hiking trails, relaxing by the river, or spending time with my dog, Schrute. I look forward to working with you and helping ensure your home is well-maintained and cared for.

I am Sierra and am Montana born and have been living in Bozeman for 7 years. Go Cats! I got my degree in Health and Human Development and Hospitality Management. I started working in vacation rentals and ended up loving the housing market. I value being connected to people by creating experiences and allowing access to people living in a beautiful and scenic country. I've accomplished a wide range of experiences myself- connected to the outdoors and have been a gem of all trades!

Hi Everyone, my name is Alyssa. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA and move to Bozeman about three years ago. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Florida and spent a few years teaching before deciding to pivot into a new career path.
​While I'm relatively new to the property management field, I'm excited to be part of the team and Legacy and look forward to growing and learning alongside everyone here. ​
Outside of work, you can usually find me outdoors-hunting, fishing, or exploring everything Montana and the surrounding states have to offer. I'm looking forward to working with all of you!
